Beach House in Costa Rica
Our romantic beach house
vacation rental home in Costa Rica is available to rent at $500 per week for
a maximum of 2 persons. Adults only - no kids - no spring breakers. Our neighbors
like it peaceful. 2 short blocks walk to the beach. 3 blocks walk to town of
Coco. 1 block walk to restaurants and mini-mart. Our 2 story 2 bedroom condo
is very romantic and has a private 3rd floor roof top deck with awning and also
shares the beautiful swimming pool including self-serve covered bar that you
see below with this fantastic view of the pacific ocean with several islands.
The weather is always warm. Only 20 minutes by taxi or rental car from the Liberia
International Airport (LIR) [aka Daniel Oduber Airport] to our beach town of
Playa del Coco which means Coco Beach. There are also many other beaches nearby
(Hermosa, Panama, Ocotal) - see the map below. Costa Rica is a beautiful safe
alternative to Mexico.

rental near the beach. Condo #1 is a 2 story townhouse with a rooftop deck that
has a metal roof awning over half of the deck to block the sun or rain, but
plently of open space to view the stars and moon at night.
This is the beautiful pool with a view of the ocean in the lovely town of Coco in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The pool is shared with the other condo owners and renters. Off to the left out of the picture there is a covered BYOB bar area to sit at in case it rains. The sun sets over the ocean at night. It is very beautiful and romantic. Only 2 short blocks walk to the beach or an attractive retail mall with fountain, restaurants and a convenience store.
This is our Costa Rica 2
story town house rental in the small condo complex known as Tucanes. Ours is
Unit #1. You can see the railing of the roof top deck. Condo #1 is the only
one with a rooftop deck that has a roof over half of it to block the sun or
rain. We have a small private enclosed solarium in the rear attached with spiral
staircase to the roof. One block walk to a small shopping center with 2 restaurants
(Italian & French Crepe), ice cream, outdoor nightclub, convenience store,
and the real estate rental office. 3 block walk to town with many more restaurants
(including fresh seafood and sushi), Casino, 2 banks, 3 supermarkets, shops,
stores, tour operators, souvenier shops, nightclubs, etc. Our condo complex
has a security guard from sunset to sunrise.

Our rental house in Costa
Rica has a living room with handmade furniture, kitchen, 1/2 bath on first floor,
2 bedrooms and bathroom on 2nd floor, roof top deck on 3rd floor. Romantic rental
for 2 persons maximum. This new condo has high ceilings, and is fully furnished
with sofa, chairs, tables, cable TV, that includes one adult channel at night,
desk with high speed internet connection for your laptop, air conditioning,
queen size beds in the upstairs bedrooms, with drawers and hangers for your
clothes. The kitchen has bar stools, stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerater,
dishes, and a clothes washer and dryer. A solarium is located off the kitchen.
There is an upstairs bathroom with shower and a half bathroom downstairs that
has soap and towels waiting for you. And dont forget about the big romantic
private rooftop deck on the 3rd floor with a table, chairs, lounge chairs and
a partial awning - great for star gazing or sun bathing or being outside under
the awning.

LLano de Cortez waterfall: About 40 minutes away from Coco, you'll find a waterfall 60 feet wide and just as tall. Drive towards Liberia, and when you come to the "main" intersection (the one with the Burker King), make a right. Continue for about 30 minutes until you see an Aloe factory on left. Just down the road on your right you'll see a sign for the LLano de Cortez Catarata which is a beautiful waterfall with swimming pond so bring a swim suit and towel. Just like you always dreamed of visiting. Though the walking path from the parking lot is very rocky.

There are 2 different canopy tour places nearby to zipline. Most people choose
not to zipline upside down.
